We can use hammocks for dynamic and static practice of asanas, intensive stretching (increases flexibility and joint mobility), yoga therapy effect on the nervous system, reproductive system and blood circulation! Hammocks are wonderful antidepressant, which really can help to relieve the body and mind and thus to decrease the level of psycho-emotional stress.At the same time, hammocks facilitates practice. It's great for beginners in mastering different kinds of asanas and for regular practitioners to deepen their practice. Performing asanas in inverted positions will unload and stretch the spine and improve your blood circulation. And it's also great fun! Let’s fly together! Alexandra gives her classes in English or in French. PLEASE note that this class should be paid as Fly Yoga class, the regular membership does not cover it. PLEASE make sure to have short/long sleeved t-shirt (no bretelles!) and clean socks!

Un échauffement en début de cours met les articulations en mouvement il peut comprendre des exercices autour de la classique salutation au soleil (des exercices fluides qui combinent les postures entre elles avec le mouvement respiratoire). Puis on entre dans la partie posturale du cours. La tenue des postures (asanas) allie étirement et renforcement musculaire. Une attention vers la respiration profonde permet la concentration et le relâchement des tensions dans le corps. Des exercices centrés sur la respiration (pranayamas) ou sur la méditation peuvent aussi faire partie du cours. Then we come into the asanas… Asanas are postures where we remain for a certain length of time. Particular attention is directed to slow breathing, thus releasing all the tensions in body and mind. This method streches and strengthens the muscles. Breathing exercises (pranayamas) and/or meditation can also be part of the session. We finish with a short and deep relaxation to integrate and harmonize all the benefits of the practice in the body. All levels welcome ! Each classes will be adapted to the level of the group.
