    Discover our bright, cosy and friendly Studio situated at Etterbeek, close to the "Cinquantenaire park" and the EU institutions, at the crossroads of many communes in Brussels.

    We offer individual, duo and small group classes of Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre, Functional Training, Stretching and Yoga.

    The studio is easily accessible by transport but also by car or bike as we have a private car park on-site. In addition, we are equipped with a shower room, secure lockers and a cloakroom.

    We have a team of passionate and enthusiastic international, multilingual and certified instructors who are always ready to listen to your needs.

    The team brings various and rich experiences and expertise that allow our studio to propose to our clients a wide set of classes: Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Barre, Functional Training, Stretching and Yoga.

    The studio is also a host studio for education programme from BASI Pilates which is a major Academy in the world of Pilates.

    Pilates and other activities offered at the studio, including the services of a registered dietitian, can undoubtedly benefit to your wellbeing and wellness. But everybody is different and everyone needs specific attention because of individual background and expectations. That is why we need to provide quality exercises adapted to each individual, including in our small groups. This also calls for a very strong attention to the details. This is what deeply motivates us in our daily work at Bodyfit Pilates Studio!
    We always propose a trial class. Important to note that trial class does not mean free class. Before we start the trial class, we will have a discussion about your health history and your expectations. It is essential to propose you the best approach. Please note that you will need to book your trial class through https://www.bodyfitpilates.be/en/trial-session-booking. You can also do it by phone or by email to [email protected]
    There is no need to bring any equipment with you. We have all you need at the studio. We only advise you to come dressed in flexible and comfortable clothing, such as leggings, so that you can move easily. You can also bring a towel with you and a bottle of water.
    You should inform us 24 hours in advance by phone or by email, unless your class will be charged.
