Questions and Answers

Why should I visit Brussels Yoga Pilates (BYP)?

Yoga and Pilates in the centre of Brussels, small groups, interesting and experienced teachers, great atmosphere. More about the benefits of yoga and Pilates on our website

What should I know of the first visit?

Normally BYP is fully equipped with yoga mats, Pilates mats and props. But during Covid-19 there are rules we have to apply. We cannot open the cloakrooms, so try to come with comfortable clothes so that you do not have to change. You take off your shoes at the entrance. You do not need shoes for yoga and Pilates, but some people like socks, especially for the relaxation at the end of the class so as not get cold.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

Normally no, but during Covid-19 we are obliged to ask you to come with your own yoga mat. sorry!

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

During Covid-19 we ask our students to cancel the class 24 hours before it begins. If you cancel later we have to debit the class. We have limited space as we have to work in small groups for security reasons. As soon as these rules do not apply any more we can go back to a shorter period.

What else should I know of?

Do not forget that we like a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, so bring along your good humour and a smile for us all:))
