Über uns

Yoga mit Laura Marie ist ein Yogastudio für ganzheitliches Yoga in Düsseldorf-Hamm. Es gib ein Angebot für jedes Level (Anfänger wie fortgeschrittene Yogis). Die Yogastunden finden vor Ort in Düsseldorf-Hamm oder Online statt. Es werden Yogastunden in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga sowie Breathwork und Meditation angeboten. Das Besondere ist die Ganzheitlichkeit der Yogastunden, die nicht nur den Körper fokussieren, sondern auch die Arbeit mit Gedanken und Emotionen.

Über das Team

Laura ist zertifizierte Yogalehrerin, Wirtschaftspsychologin und Coach. Der Antrieb für ihre Arbeit ist ganzheitliche Gesundheit für jedermann. Dazu bringt sie die Schüler in ihren Stunden & Workshops in Verbindung mit sich selbst. Es geht ihr darum, Bewusstsein zu schaffen für den eigenen Körper, die eigenen Bedürfnisse und Grenzen. Ihr Angebot geht somit über die rein körperliche Yogapraxis hinaus und bietet einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz für mehr Wohlbefinden.

Weil Yoga mit Laura Marie mehr ist als nur die körperliche Praxis sondern einen Weg bietet, sich mehr verbunden mit sich zu fühlen. Weil Yoga nicht bedeutet, dass man besonders flexibel sein muss sondern es bei Yoga mit Laura Marie für jedes Level den richtigen Yogastil gibt. Weil Yoga mit Laura Maries Yogastunden deine „Auszeit“ bedeutet und es egal ist, ob du mit viel oder wenig Energie in die Stunde kommst, weil es nicht um „Leistung“ geht.
Es ist ausreichend Yoga-Equipment vorhanden: Matten, Bolster, Blöcke, Gurte, Decken. Diese stelle ich dir kostenlos zur Verfügung (mit der Bitte sie in einwandfreiem und sauberen Zustand zurückzugeben). Natürlich kannst du aber auch gerne deine eigenen Utensilien mitbringen.
Du solltest bequeme Kleidung tragen und möglichst ca. 1,5 Stunden vorher keine große Mahlzeit mehr zu dir nehmen. Bitte erscheine pünktlich, frühestens aber 15 Minuten vor Kursbeginn vor Ort. Wir starten pünktlich mit der Stunde aus Respekt gegenüber den anwesenden Teilnehmern.
Bitte melde dich asap wieder über die Eversportsmanager App ab, damit Yogis auf der Warteliste die Möglichkeit haben noch teilzunehmen. Der Raum ist klein und es können nur maximal 6 Yogis mitmachen. Bitte beachte die Stornierungsfrist, da sonst ggf. bei später Absage dein Ticket verfällt.
Es handelt sich um einen gemütlichen Yogaraum im Dachgeschoss einer privaten Wohnung. Das ermöglicht Yogastunden in persönlicher und familiäre Atmosphäre anzubieten. Da es sich um eine private Wohnung handelt, behandle die Räumlichkeit bitte achtsam und hinterlasse sie sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt leider keine Parkplätze, die zum Studio gehören. Daher bitte an der Straße parken - nicht in der Einfahrt!!!
