    Frequently Asked Questions

You have to feel comfortable but a sports bra and shorts are recommended for pole classes. Pole dancers need to stick to the pole with their skin, and you will learn to climb the pole and sit pretty fast. Bare inner thighs, knees, arms and waist are crucial to hold on to the pole. It's important to always bring a pair of leggings and socks for the warm-up. We are barefoot for the technical classes but for exotic pole or low flow classes, proper platform shoes are required, such as Pleasers, Hella Heels,... and knee pads are a must! Always provide protection for your platforms so as not to leave marks on the ground. You should not wear any creams, gels, lotions or oils on the day of practice. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface, and you will be sliding off the pole. Please remove all jewelry when attending any class to avoid damaging the equipment.
