Join me at the end of August for the "Back to Track" classes to close out the pole camp and help you get back into pole training after a two-month break or reduced pole activity. During this final week, we will focus primarily on the shoulders, back, and core with exercises that mimic pole movements but without the pole. Returning to pole training after a long break can be very challenging, as you are eager to regain your previous skill level. However, you need to approach it carefully to avoid injury, muscle soreness, and exhaustion.
Let's work together to rebuild your strength and confidence safely.
