50-minute Full body VINYASA Flow I Energising and Feel Good yoga

Namaste, yogis.
This full-body Vinyasa Flow class is suited for all levels. It starts with a standing warm-up and about 6 sun salutations before moving into the main sequence where each pose will be held for 1 to 3 breaths.
Crescent lunge and twists, Airplane lunge, Airplane pose, Standing split (which I forgot on the second side, so you'll have to fit it into the sequence), Side plank, Locus and variations, and many more! We end class with Shoulderstand, Plough and Fish pose before a well-deserved 5-minute Savasana.
Through these movements and holds we create challenges for the body that forces us to breathe deeper and maintain the peace and stillness within. All you need is your mat and your Ujjayi breath as your guide. This is a feel-good practice and made for you. Set your intention and then let's do it!
Remember to be mindful in your practice. If something feels wrong, then it is wrong. Take a break, rest in child's pose and carry on.
