Pole Beginners 2

Technical pole classes for beginners. In this class, you will keep on practicing the moves that you learn in Beginners 1, but we will start to hang upside down more! Reserved for students that have already followed a minimum of 10x Beginners 1 classes.

Requirements to come to this class: being able to Climb without effort, demonstrate shoulder stability in basic spins, comfortable in the Sit & Layback, and perform a Basic Invert.

Please note:

• Classes are given in English to include everyone.

• Remove your shoes upon entering the studio.

• Bring a medium towel to cover the fitness mat for the warm-up.

• Clean the pole after class using the spray.

• Family and friends are not allowed to enter the studio.

• You can cancel your booking up until 24h before the class to get your credit back. After that, the credit will be 'lost' if you do not show up to class.
