Shiva Shakti Yoga ist Ananda Leones eigens entwickelter Yogastil, der Jahrtausende altes, aus der indischen Yogatradition stammendes Wissen mit modernen Erkenntnissen aus Forschung und Wissenschaft verbindet. Die Wurzeln für diese kraftvolle, tantrische Variante des Hatha Yoga wurde in Indien gelegt, wo Ananda im Ashram seines Lehrers Dr. Swami Gitananda Yoga studiert hat. Ein entscheidendes Merkmal des Shiva Shakti Yoga ist der Ansatz, dass alle Aspekte unserer Person und unserer gesamten Existenz willkommen sind.

  • This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Anandas Yogaweg brachte ihn über viele Jahre in Kontakt mit den großen Meistern unserer Zeit, in Indien u.a. mit Dr. Swami Gitananda, B.K.S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, und im Westen mit John Friend, Rodney Yee und Bridget Woods-Kramer. Seit eigens entwickelter Yogastil (Shiva Shakti Yoga) ist erfüllt mit Begeisterung und Hingabe.
