Dies ist eine Online-Übertragung, also ein Training, in dem du über das Internet unterrichtet wirst. Der Lehrer sieht dich und die anderen Teilnehmer und du den Lehrer und die Gruppe. Du kannst dich einfach eintragen und wir trainieren online in überschaubarer Gruppe über das Programm Zoom. Du bekommst 30min vor Kursbeginn einen Link zugeschickt und kannst dann an dem Training teilnehmen.

For online classes we are using the programm 'zoom' After signing in through the website you will receive a link 30 min prior to beginning of the class. Just open it, install zoom and you are in :)
Im Level 2 wird vorausgesetzt, dass die Grundübungen, deren Abfolge und Übergänge bereits bekannt sind. Es erfolgen schnellere Übergange und der Schwierigkeitsgrad der Übungen wird erhöht. Außerdem wird das Repertoire mit neuen, fortgeschrittneren Übungen erweitert. Dieser Kurs baut auf dem im Level I Kurs erworbenen Grundwissen auf und bezieht klassische Pilates Trainingsgeräte, wie den Magic Circle und Pilates Ball systematisch mit in das Training ein.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
