Cardio Barre is a ballet inspired fitness based class. It incorporates yoga, pilates and ballet all into one. While its a class for everyone as there are many options in which our instructor will provide, this class is an upbeat, high energy class that combines the traditional lightweight barre exercises with non stop movement, strengthening the legs, thighs and glutes as a main focus while additionally focusing on the abs and arms. Finally, ending with a slow moving flow and breathing to calm everything down, for a smooth integration.
