Happy to be called a teaching Yogini, Steph is a master practitioner and qualified to teach Hatha, Yin and Aerial Yoga. She discovered Yoga ten years ago, and her desire to learn has taken her to Australia, Japan, Cambodia, and India. Steph’s background in education and communication has contributed to her distinctive approach to promoting ‘Yoga for All.’ She relishes the challenge of teaching beginners, the young, old and all those who believe Yoga is not for them and approaches the task with great kindness and humour.

Cancellation policy

If the Client can’t attend a session for which he/she booked space or has been added to the waitlist, the Client must cancel the booking in due time in order to make the space available to other clients.

Cancellations must be made via the Website or Application within a maximum of 2 hours before a session. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

The Loft Group insists that being on a waiting list for a session is like a commitment to joining that session.

If the Client is waiting for a session but has changed their plans in the meantime or can’t make it to the session, the Client must remove themself from the waitlist in a timely manner.

Impact of the failure to cancel in due time.

The Loft Group account status of the Client will be marked with a “Late Cancel” if the Client fails to cancel in due time, or a “no show” if the Client fails to cancel.

Any class pass will be automatically deduced as one class pass.

Memberships

Late cancellations for membership holders will have 75% of the price of a drop-in class pass applied to their next membership payment.

Waitlisting

Our waitlist system works by notifying all people on the waitlist that space is available when a space opens up.

The first person to respond is given the space. You must have our Eversports app installed and have notifications turned on. Otherwise, you will not be notified when a space becomes available.
