Pilates in English

Every day with Pilates is a better day. I recently moved to Potsdam from Michigan, USA and teach Contemporary Pilates in English. This type of Pilates is a combination of the classic "Contrology" with modern movement science. It brings you routines designed to improve your alignment, stability, and mobility by rewiring your movement patterns. Pilates is a powerful tool that has helped me through many injuries, illnesses, and good and bad days. I love that there is always something new to learn and improve upon in Pilates, no matter where your body is at that day. My goal is to have you learn something about your body and mind every class and to have you leave the mat feeling proud of a challenge you tackled.
