The deeper layers of relaxation are achieved through the practice of yoga and meditation. This is positively supported through music and especially Indian classical music as both of them have the same origin. Like yin and yang, yoga and music are complementary to each other. Our aim is to create an experience of guided meditative yoga in combination with live classical Sitar music. For ages, people have been using sounds and frequencies as a tool for spiritual relaxation. We are certain about the power of these two individual disciplines but even more certain about the combination. Only with a calm balanced mind, we can attract things alike. We focus on the peace for body, mind & soul to reconnect with the divine self.
