À propos de l'entraîneur/professeur
Nici discovered yoga in 2013 when she was living in the US. As an avid runner, she didn't think yoga would challenge her physically at first, but she was proven wrong and hooked from the first class. She completed her YTT in 2019 while living in Sri Lanka and has since then attended numerous continuing education courses with renowned teachers like Jason Crandell, Rocky Heron, Dov Vargas and others. She's also a Level 2 Certified Dharma Yoga Wheel teacher. In her classes, she strives to guide her students through challenging, yet fun Vinyasa flows.
