From the Sanskrit AYUR - meaning ‘life’ and VEDA – meaning ‘knowledge’ AYURVEDA quite literally means the knowledge of life and to have an understanding of Ayurveda is to have a blueprint for good mental and physical health.
Ayurveda is the world’s oldest holistic health system originating from the Indian subcontinent. It has been used for thousands of years to cleanse and restore balance to the body and mind. Despite it being more than 5,000 years old it couldn’t be more relevant to our modern, busy and stressful lives.

Before becoming a Yoga teacher for the Brussels Yoga Loft, Elsie tried several different careers and studied intensively in South Africa. Her dedication to health and well being has led her to become a Holistic Health Coach with a passion for Ayurveda and Yoga. Within her Yoga classes, she creates a safe and nurturing space for her students. And aims to inspire you to achieve lasting, vibrant health and maintain a healthy mind/body balance. She also encourages her students to evolve into an authentic & pure version of themselves.
