Questions and Answers

Why should I visit Yogalife Belgium GCV?

Diving into an adventure with Yogalife is a unique opportunity to undertake your deepest journey into Yoga and yourself. Our approach is not only to recover our own self, but to prepare, rejuvenate and cultivate life.

What should I know of the first visit?

The journey can be challenging, especially in the early stages, as you work through the more superficial layers of your being, but it does not take too long before the right techniques and support from our expert teachers smoothly guide you to your deepest essence, your own light. To gain the most from its offering, we encourage you to enter Home Ashram with a mentality of total surrender and with the intention to create a fuller life.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

As you are in the safe space of your own home, we recommend a Yoga mat, comfortable loose clothing for asana practice, a blanket and some pillows and a notebook.

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

In Home Ashram we ask your full commitment. Just like in a real ashram, the support of a structure is what creates space for change. In case something unexpected happens that makes it impossible for you to attend a class, please contact one of the Home Ashram teachers.
