Floorwork With Lola Grace

Slink, bend and flow as Lola Grace, the Winner of Sydney Floorplay 2022, teaches you her favourite Floorwork tricks and unique transitions in this floor-based choreography workshop. Learn how to flow along the floor and hit those musical accents, while mastering more challenging tricks like shoulderstands, kips and Lola’s signature “Tornado”. Lola will also share her top tips for improving your movement quality to create that mesmerising stage presence. 

Level: Modifications and progressions will be given based on levels of flexibility and experience. 

Clothing: Kneepads are a must and heels or socks are recommended. 

Run time: 90mins
