This class carries the authentic Yoga postures in a more synchronised way and the transition from one posture to another is progressive. It is smooth and slow yoga flow. Suitable for all levels.

Über

Lindell has been practicing Yoga since 2010 and is teaching since 2016. She is trained in Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. She also completed training in Prana Flow, Myofascial Release and Chakra meditation. Her Hatha Yoga classes focus on dynamic practice, flowing through and repeating postures on the pace of the breath, incorporating active holds. Her Yin Yoga classes focus on static practice, with the body remaining in one position for a few minutes, while the muscles are relaxed. She has a functional approach to yoga-asana and insists on function and benefits of yoga postures, instead of promoting a specific esthetic form.

Cancellation Policy

‍

If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.

‍

Cancellations must be made via the online booking system at least 2h30 before a class.

‍

Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.

‍

Your Yogalife Studio account status will show a Late Cancel if you do not show up or cancel too late.

‍

At the third late cancellation or no-show within a calendar month, our system will apply the following measures:

€10 fee will be added to your Yogalife Studio account. We will then ask you to confirm that we can process it using your payment method recorded in the system.

If the fee of €10 cannot be charged, the following measures will be applied:

We reserve the right to cancel all your future scheduled classes.

Your online booking privileges will be suspended as long as the fee has not been paid.

Your membership is still valid which means you can attend classes by registering only at the desk 15’ before class if a spot is available.

‍

Class Pass holders will have one class deducted from their class pass.
