Vinyasa Yoga ist herausfordernd, ästhetisch und bewegt. Dieser Yogastil kräftigt und vitalisiert den Körper. Geistige Klarheit stellt sich ein, und allgemeines Wohlbefinden auf jeder Ebene wird angestrebt.
