Vinyasa Flow ist ein dynamischer, fließender Yogastil, der Bewegung mit Atmung verbindet. Eine kraftvolle Yogaklasse mit Leichtigkeit und spielerisch ausgeübt.
Die dynamischen Bewegungsabläufe unterstützen unserem Körper dabei, zu entgiften und machen die Gelenke geschmeidig. Der Kreislauf wird angeregt und gestärkt. Der Fokus auf gleichmäßig fließende Atmung bringt die mentale Entspannung und löst energetische Blockaden im ganzen Körper.
Bereite dich in Ruhe auf die Stunde vor indem du einen guten Platz mit guter Sicht auf deinen Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone hast, lege deine Matte und mögliche Hilfsmittel (Blöcke oder große Bücher, Gurt oder langer Gürtel, Decke) bereit. Schau, dass du genügend Raum um dich schaffst damit du dich gut bewegen kannst und bitte deine Liebsten um eine kleine Auszeit, damit du auch wirklich abschalten kannst.
Diese Stunde ist aktivierend für das Level Intermediate-Advanced passend. Nicht für absolute Anfänger empfohlen.
Diese Stunde wird ONLINE LIVE für dich übertragen. 15 Minuten vor der Stunde findest du den Link dafür in deiner Buchung auf www.yogaria.at/stundenplan oder in deiner Eversports-App nachdem du dich eingeloggt hast unter 'Meine Aktivitäten'. (Nicht für MyClubs-Kunden gültig!)
Bitte logge dich mind. 5-10 Minuten vorher ein, damit wir alle in Ruhe ankommen können und pünktlich starten können.
Online stream
There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
- The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
- Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).
