Le travail sur les machines Pilates est un excellent complément aux cours sur tapis et permet un travail plus approfondi, plus précis et ciblé. Pour les débutants la compréhension des principes de la méthode est plus facile et rapide. Pour les plus avancés, la méthode offre une plus grande variété d’exercices et une grande tonicité.

For 10 years Lara has been studying the body through dance and different somatic practices (Pilates, fitness, physical training...). Training health, curiosity, pleasure, possibility. Training as a way to intervene our materiality and sensibility. Training to give ourselves to the new. In the practices she is observing, breathe, align, paying attention to technical aspects of movement. She is developing strength, mobility and stability, flexibility, sweat, move together, shake and enjoy. Lara is looking for developing tools of corporal autonomy, care and listening.
