About
De oorspronkelijk naam van Yin yoga was “Taoïstische” yoga. Deze stijl van yoga richt zich op de diepe bindweefsel van het lichaam (ten opzichte van de oppervlakkige weefsels) en de fascia die het lichaam bedekt, deze Taoïstische yoga is om te helpen de stroom van energie in het lichaam te reguleren. Deze les is geschikt voor alle niveau’s, voor beginners en de overspannen yogi die zijn lichaam en geest volledig wil ontspannen!

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Helena
Helena is van beroep leerkracht niet-confessionele zedenleer. Ze is sociaal, verdraagzaam, kritisch en vooral goedlachs. Na haar eerste yogales bij Carsten Weise wist ze al meteen dat ze hier ooit lesgever in wilde worden. Helena volgde haar opleiding bij de Ashtanga Yoga Academie van Annemieke van der Zouwen en volgt regelmatig opleidingen om haar trouwe studenten nog beter te kunnen helpen.
Cancellation conditions
Lessen kan je annuleren tot 3 uur voor de start van de les, zeker doen anders ben je je beurt kwijt!
