Le travail sur les machines Pilates est un excellent complément aux cours sur tapis et permet un travail plus approfondi, plus précis et ciblé. Pour les débutants la compréhension des principes de la méthode est plus facile et rapide. Pour les plus avancés, la méthode offre une plus grande variété d’exercices et une grande tonicité.

Maria Paz is a professional dancer and Pilates Teacher born in Argentina who moved to Brussels to continue and deepen movement studies. Through the Pilates system, she aims to offer her clients a space where to train, challenge and enjoy themselves with the ultimate goal of feeling healthier. As a teacher, she will accompany you with patience, motivation and commitment in this beautiful path that is the Pilates Method.

Ausbildung

Paz was born in Mendoza, Argentina and moved to Buenos Aires to study dance and choreography at the National University of the Arts and it was then that she started her Pilates studies. She followed a Polestar Teacher Training and obtained the PMAs Certification ( PMA®-CPT 17053).
