FLY YOGA to live music (WORKSHOP)

This is the practice of Fly Yoga to live music with Alexandra and Furmi. Furmi Gomez is a saxophonist, holding a Masters degree from the Royal Conservatory in The Hague (Netherlands). He is highly interested in all kinds of music genres and musical cross overs, he discovered a creative way to make ambient music with the Lap Steel Guitar. He plays the lap steel guitar focussing on the use of textural layers of sound and emphasising tone and atmosphere, producing floating ambient music.

Fly yoga - is a wonderful kind of yoga practice , where we use special equipment- HAMMOCKS! Practicing Fly yoga with live music will allow you to acquire a very deep state of Flow inside you similar to meditation , also relax your nerve system and body . In turn, the hammock will allow you to work out the body well.
